Fisher Cemetery is located in Summit Township Section 22 Township 77 Range 19 at 1678 Hwy. 163 in Otley. The parcel number is 2253603500.

 

This cemetery site no longer exists. Formerly on the south side of the highway, it is now part of the De Koning property. The 1909 Marion County Atlas shows the exact location. An 1882 deed from William and Waty Fisher to Teunis Wakker excepts the fenced cemetery ground from the 80 acres deeded. A 1926 deed from Dirkie Wakker to Bastiaan Wakker also excepts this site, saying it was formerly used as a cemetery. A 1959 deed from Robert and Mintie Kaldenberg to John and Gladys De Ronde still excepts the cemetery. However, no gravestones remain; in fact, whether or not there were ever gravestones is unknown.
