Located in Washington Township, a mile east of Columbia, Section 35  Township 74 Range 20.  Accessible by a field road, not marked, entered directly across from 1165 Virginia St., then 1/4 mile south.  Parcel 2421600100.  28 known burials, ranging from 1854 to 1893.  This cemetery is named for the Stotts and Whitlatch families who are buried here

The cemetery is in a beautiful setting and was cleaned up by the MCPCC September 2016. The last of the stones were repaired in 2023. Signage was added at the cemetery in April 2021.
